Do you know what it feels like

... not being sure of how to approach others?
... not being able to stand up for your own needs?
 ... having difficulties setting boundaries?
... when others perceive you as aggressive?

Many people experience insecurities such as these in social situations. However, it’s important for your own mental health to be able to find an adequate compromise between your own needs and those of others when interacting socially.

The training’s goals:
Enhancing your social skills within a group using psychotherapeutic techniques and practising them actively for everyday situations.

The group takes place within a safe environment with 5 to a maximum of 8 participants.

If you are interested, please arrange an initial meeting in person or by telephone by November 1st 2024. Write a short mail to luisa.lambertz@stwm.de including your phone number.
