Cancellation terms and conditions
In case of a participant cancellation before 1 March 2025, the organizer will charge a processing fee of 150 Euro (+19% VAT). For cancellations after that date, a charge equivalent to 100% of the total cost is due. Substitute participants will be accepted at no extra charge. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program if necessary.
