As a member of the prostep ivip Association, you have the exclusive opportunity to present your organization in the exhibition of the prostep ivip Symposium 2024, which will be on 13 and 14 May 2025 at the BCC Berlin.

• Information about your organization and the contact person in charge of booking

• Your desired as well as an alternative booth space using the exhibition floor plan on the website 

We will contact you if both chosen spaces are occupied already by the time we receive your order. The booking of an exhibition space will be possible until 14 March 2025.

Please understand that it may take some time to process your order. We will get back to you as soon as possible - either with a confirmation of your desired stand space or, if it has already been allocated, with alternative suggestions. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have at any time.

Prices for the exhibition spaces
Standard Exhibition Booth € 7,000 (+19% VAT)
Premium Exhibition Booth € 13,000 (+19% VAT)
Standard Exhibition Booth € 5,500 (+19% VAT) (only for science members)
Standard Exhibition Booth € 2,200 (+19% VAT) (only for Start Ups)

Participation in the exhibition does not imply an assignment of a presentation slot at the conference.

Cancellation terms and conditions
In case of a cancellation of the booth before 1 March 2025, the organizer will charge a processing fee of 500 Euro (+19% VAT). For cancellations after that date, a charge equivalent to 100% of the total cost is due.  The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program if necessary.
