Welcome
to the start-up-pitch submission for the prostep ivip Symposium 2025!

Please note the following information:

Eligibility

• All start-ups must be less than 4 years old.
• Target group: Users (OEM & suppliers), IT providers, service providers, research institutes
• Objective: Informative for global partners in the automotive, aerospace and defense industries
• All application materials must be submitted on this platform in English language.
• For sessions with two speakers, only one speaker will be free of charge on acceptance. The second speaker will be charged a discounted fee of 740 € + VAT.

Your submission proposal should contain

• Title of the presentation in German and English (max. 250 characters, including spaces) 
• Short summary (abstract, max. 1,200 characters)
• Name of the presenter and any co-authors with contact details (In case of a presentation of a vendor: participation of a user mandatory!)

Dates

• Submission deadline of abstracts: 30 March 2025
• Notification of authors: expected middle of April 2025

Committment

• Accepted speakers agree to provide a short CV and additional information as requested. 
• Accepted speakers agree to present at the prostep ivip Symposium 2025, or appoint a replacement if unable to attend.
• Accepted speakers As a speaker agree to be recorded in images and sound recordings that can be published within the framework of the prostep ivip Association.
