Munich – one city, one night, innumerable sounds

 
On 10th May 2025, the "Long Night of Music" will be inviting its guests for the 24th time already to experience Munich's musical diversity. Over 80 venues will be opening their doors to present more than 400 concerts.
Whether large stages, well-known cultural centres, churches and museums or small, intimate locations – the range of venues is just as impressive as the musical programme itself. Even unexpected locations, such as theatres, bookshops, sporting venues, a Ferris wheel and a swimming pool, will turn into concert stages for one night.

We'd like to point out some of the programme's highlights:
 
TUM campus will be grooving until late at night – among others, with the TUM JazzBand. At the University of Music and Theatre, piano students will be creating a "Long Night of Piano Music" with virtuoso performances; the KHG will be offering a diverse programme from Latin to soul and funk in their hall and cafeteria, before the house band Cantaloupe with their big-band sound will offer a grand finale.
 
Choir music from the edge of the pool in the Müller’sche Volksbad will turn into a musical backdrop, live music will be entering the ring in the Boxwerk and in the climbing hall Heavens Gate a cover band will take you back to the 60s and 70s before sporty techno beats will ring out for dancing. A special attraction will be the Umadum Ferris wheel presenting music in its cabins; guest can look forward to exclusive private concerts at a dizzying height.

We’re going to meet as a group at 8 p.m., get to know each other briefly and then head off to the different locations of the "Long Night".
