Kimchi & Co! At the moment, everybody is talking about fermentation - but what does it actually mean? What different types are there? And how can you go about it yourself? Fermentation is an unbelievably adaptable technique used for preserving food, reducing food waste, but especially for creating special culinary highlights in the vegan cuisine! Clarissa Juse will be showing you how easy it is to e.g. prepare ginger carrots for lactic acid fermentation with everyone joining in.


In this DIY workshop, all the necessary ingredients and items for preparing the food will be supplied.

Please bring along a jar to pack what we'll make.
 
The workshop will be held in German, but you are very welcome to join even if you are not fluent!
