Do you feel exhausted and strained? Do you find it difficult to switch off and are you stressed by the thought of the upcoming examination phase or your final thesis? Would you like more serenity, relaxation and islands of recuperation in your everyday study life? Then this workshop will teach you strategies for coping with stress and promoting your resilience as well as various relaxation techniques. Let's take a look together at where you stand and what starting points there are for improving your energy balance. During the two face-to-face sessions, we will teach you the theoretical basics and practical interventions that you can try out in your everyday life. Before the course, we will have a short preliminary telephone call to get to know your individual situation. We will contact you shortly after your registration for the preliminary meeting. Registrations are possible until November 27th 2024. You are expected to attend both appointments.
